Interns assist with requests, providing the administrative support needed. Interns will lead and collaborate on special projects, creating a comprehensive presentation for senior management. Interns will take on various roles aligned with their skills and the needs of the credit union.
Specific responsibilities include:- Providing professional and accurate service and support to all members and team members by responding to member requests in the branch, via email, telephone calls, text messages, and web messaging.
- Develop, maintain, and demonstrate a working knowledge of credit union goals, policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal government laws and regulations.
- Resolve member inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist members and guest members with financial transactions in the branch.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve credit union operations.
- Work on key projects assigned by management.
- Prepare progress reports and deliver a presentation to senior management on special projects assigned.
Education and Skills Experience
A high school education or GED is required. We are looking for current college students.
