Part-Time Licensed Esthetician

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team at a Luxura Aesthetic Medical Spa. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of skincare and be dedicated to helping clients achieve their skincare goals through personalized treatments and expert guidance. As an Esthetician, you will provide a range of skincare services, including facials, chemical peels, waxing, and advanced treatments, while offering advice on skincare routines and product recommendations to enhance client results.

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, extractions, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced aesthetic procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and consultations to assess clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer additional services such as waxing, tinting, and body treatments, as required.
• Recommend appropriate skincare products and at-home care routines, promoting spa products for continued care.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace that complies with safety and hygiene standards.
• Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and offering follow-up consultations or treatments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare techniques, products, and industry trends by participating in ongoing education and training.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience.

• Valid state Esthetician license.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
• Ability to assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Experience with advanced skincare treatments (such as laser, Microneedling, or Radio Frequency) is a plus.
• Attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
