About the RoleAre you passionate about beauty, wellness, and creating exceptional guest experiences? As a Spa Nail Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering an elevated spa experience under the direction of the Spa Director and alongside a supportive team. Your warm personality, skillful nail services, and dedication to client care will help build lasting relationships and a loyal clientele.
What You’ll Do- Deliver the Ultimate Beauty Experience to every guest, every time
- Provide exceptional nail care services including basic and spa manicures and pedicures
- Consult with clients, answer questions, and offer expert recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a relaxing experience
- Build and retain a strong client base through exceptional service and rapport
- Promote and sell appropriate spa products and services
- Accurately maintain and report your schedule
- Attend required trainings and team meetings
- Support spa operations and uphold company service standards
- Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- State Nail Technician License(required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively with your team
