$25.00/hr - $40.00/hr

• Top performing stylists earn on average $25-$40 per hour (base pay + commission + tips).
• $100 anniversary gift and referral bonuses ($2.00 for every add‑on performed).
• Make $3 extra for each blowout and up to $10 for every Barfly membership sold.

• Current and valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying.
• Shampoo, blow‑dry, and amazing hair styling & finishing skills. Ability to do a blowout in under 45 minutes.
• A desire to provide exceptional service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Drive, motivation, and ability to work with and be part of a team.
• Cosmetology students are also accepted for those attending cosmetology school.
