• Base rate: $20 to $25 per 50‑minute Swedish massage
• Uncapped commission: $5 to $9 per 50‑minute massage
• Tips average 18% to 25% of the non‑member price (average tip $20–$30)
• Weekly pay with tips paid out the same day
• Average total compensation $88,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours per week
