Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing function.nResponsibilities:n
• tConduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disordersn
• tDevelop and update individualized treatment/discharge plansn
• tDocument services in compliance with regulations and facility standardsn
• tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and familiesn
• tMaintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocolsn

Qualifications:

n
• tGraduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA) n
• tCurrent state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibilityn
• tStrong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
