As a Room Attendant, you’ll ensure our rooms and suites are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for our guests after a busy day—creating a haven for relaxation or productivity.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain our standards by ensuring rooms are at their best, making each stay special and memorable.
• Assist guests with their needs, such as providing toiletries or directions.
• Update your supervisor on room service progress and report any repairs needed.
• Follow safety procedures at all times and wear protective equipment when required.
• Stay organized by managing supplies and amenities efficiently and minimizing waste.
• Handle lost and found items by logging and returning them to owners.
• Maintain a professional appearance by wearing your uniform properly.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed, including deep cleaning and turndown services.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure high-quality service.

Key Skills & Experiences

• This is a physically demanding role; fitness is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms and push/pull heavy objects.
• Ability to bend and kneel as required.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
