We are the newly renovated Hilton Garden Inn in the heart of Old Town Alexandria. Our dynamic team thrives on exceptional service and personal growth. This position offers a chance to grow, thrive, and shine in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Position Summary

Ensure a pleasant and efficient breakfast experience for guests by preparing serving stations and serving food, maintaining the breakfast area, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving Station Preparation:
    Prepare area and set up breakfast items, ensuring all food is fresh, properly presented, and replenished as needed.
  • Guest Interaction:
    Greet guests warmly, answer questions about breakfast offerings, and assist with any special requests.
  • Cleanliness:
    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
  • Inventory Management:
    Monitor inventory levels of breakfast items and supplies, and communicate needs to the supervisor.
  • Health and Safety:
    Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure food is handled and stored properly.
  • Customer Service:
    Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and work rules, including those outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Adapt to varying business demands, which may require working different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Shift for this position is 5:00 am to 11:00 am, 1–2 shifts per week with flexible days of the week.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

Minimum 32 hours per week to qualify. We also offer daily pay access so you can receive your earnings on the same day you work.
