Team Lead/HR Specialist
Join to apply for the Team Lead/HR Specialist role at Rividium Inc. The position is located in Reston, VA.
Responsibilities- Processing benefit and payroll forms, time and attendance, leave audits, and benefits-related Personnel Action Request (PAR).
- Providing support in payroll administration, retirement counseling, OHR Customer Service Center (OHR CSC) administration and oversight, and leave bank and leave transfer.
- Ensuring that the work assignments of the contractor team are carried out satisfactorily and timely.
- Carrying sole responsibility for staff competency and oversight, and promptly identifying and handling any performance or conduct issues.
- Preparing and analyzing biweekly and monthly status reports, logs, and other tracking methods to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
- 8 years of management experience in time and attendance, pay and leave administration, benefits, and retirement programs, preparation and analysis of leave errors, and payroll support.
- 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits form processing.
- In-depth knowledge of NFC pay systems.
- In-depth knowledge of HR Connect (at least 3 years of experience).
- Basic knowledge of Leave Share Programs.
- 3 years of experience in Call Center or Help Desk administration/oversight.
- 5 years of experience in Team Management.
