Join Sandstone Care as a Regional Trainer and make a direct impact on our teams and the teens, young adults, and families we serve across Maryland and Virginia. This role strengthens staff capability across multiple locations, ensuring high-quality, compliant care and empowering employees to succeed.
Reporting to the Director of Talent and Capability
, the Regional Trainer partners with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to deliver impactful learning experiences and hands‑on support. You’ll serve as a key resource for employees and leaders, helping translate training into confident, effective performance on the job.
- Deliver required regulatory training and maintain certifications across your region.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and provide ongoing support beyond day one.
- Coordinate and deliver in‑person and virtual trainings as needed.
- Travel regularly to all Maryland and Virginia Sandstone Care locations to observe, coach, and support teams.
- Track training completion and compliance in our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Partner with site leaders, the Instructional Designer, and People & Empowerment team to enhance training effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate training records and support compliance reporting.
- Serve as a go‑to resource for employees and leaders with questions about training.
- Experience:
3+ years delivering or coordinating training programs. - Facilitation
Skills:
Confident leading groups in person and virtually. - Compliance Knowledge:
Familiarity with required or compliance-based training. - Relationship-Building:
Ability to engage teams across multiple locations. - Organization:
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing deadlines. - Travel:
Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Maryland and Virginia. - Mindset:
