Talent Acquisition Analyst

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst
, you will support the Senior Talent Acquisition Lead with full-cycle recruiting activities, proactive sourcing, interview and offer coordination, onboarding support, and recruitment reporting. You will also help ensure recruiting practices align with Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action guidelines and relevant laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

• Assist with full lifecycle recruiting for assigned searches, starting with a kick-off meeting with the hiring manager to discuss process and strategic approach
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring and business needs and execute agreed-upon recruiting strategies
• Conduct creative recruiting and sourcing activities, including direct sourcing, industry networking, internet-based and social media recruiting, vendor management, and diversity and outreach to appropriate industry organizations
• Use multiple recruiting platforms and support process improvements through streamlining and automation
• Review resumes, assess degree of skill match, recommend or decline appropriately, and forward qualified candidate resumes to the hiring manager
• Track candidate activity from initial submission through hire in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Conduct initial employment screening interviews via e-mail, phone, face-to-face, or other applicable platforms
• Coordinate interview logistics and manage candidate communications during the recruiting and evaluation process
• Collect and evaluate interview feedback, then advise the hiring supervisor during the final selection process
• Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the HR Manager and Compensation & Benefits to support salary offers
• Check references, verify educational credentials, coordinate background investigations, and assist with verbal and written offers of employment
• Support onboarding for new hires, including scheduling orientation and other onboarding meetings
• Prepare weekly reports to monitor recruitment activity, track vacant positions, recruiting strategies and sources, and recruiting costs
• Network continually to build contacts in key functional areas to support future recruitment efforts
• Maintain current knowledge of EEO and affirmative action guidelines and related laws, including ADA
• Participate in various projects and perform other duties as assigned

• Four-Year College Degree
• 3 years of professional experience in a human resources management field
• Or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

• PHR or SPHR certification

Salary: USD 64,296 to 90,135 per year
