OverviewSyneren Technologies is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. This role is ideal for tech-savvy professionals with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking
- Install and update software and configure new devices
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Document and track support tickets
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
- 1–2 years of IT support or call center experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac OS, and remote support tools
- CompTIA Security+ and AZ-900 certifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- Standard office environment
- May require extended hours
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs
