• One (1) Primary Site for env 1 and one (1) Primary Site for env 2
• Install, configure and test a 2-node UCDMB Application Server connected to a highly available clustered database at one (1) Primary Site (Active)
• Install and configure two (2) Data Flow Probes at one (1) primary
• Finalized server, ports, OS, storage and database requirements will be defined in the Architectural Design

• Install one (1) Configuration Management Server at primary
• Two (2) Remote Sites (each site includes installation on env 1 & env
  2)
• Install, configure and test two (2) Data Flow Probes at each site

• Configure probes to provide Foundation discovery
• Deploy up to five (5) UCMDB standard packages (i.e. SQL Server, Host Resources)
• Discover up to five hundred (500) supported devices
• Distinct network segment IP ranges to be provided by Prime Contractor/End User Customer
• Distinct server IP ranges to be provided by Prime Contractor/End User Customer
• Create up to five (5) user roles
• Create up to ten (10) CIs unassigned or assigned to existing relationships
• Deploy and Configure up to five (5) Application or Business Service Mappings
• Map five (5) application mappings through RTSM and push to APM/OMi
• Configure up to five (5) Asset Inventory Reports
• Create one (1) custom configuration management policy
• Integrate UCMDB with RTSM database for BSM/OMi
• Integrate UCMDB with NNMi
• Integrate UCMDB with CSA/OO
• Integrate UCMDB with Data Flow Probes
