About the Role
Net Suite Support Consultant - Remote. We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Net Suite Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert support and guidance to our clients, helping them maximize the value of their Net Suite ERP systems. You will work closely with clients to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and ensure optimal system performance, contributing to their business success and our reputation for outstanding service.
Whatwill you do in this role?
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client Net Suite support inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues within Net Suite ERP and related modules.
- Document support cases, resolutions, and best practices, maintaining detailed records in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (implementation, development, sales) to escalate complex issues and meet SLA requirements of managed services clients.
- Conduct user training sessions and create support documentation to empower clients in using Net Suite efficiently.
- Stay current with Net Suite releases, features, and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
- Participate in client onboarding and post-implementation support activities to ensure smooth transition and ongoing satisfaction.
- 2+ years Net Suite support experience.
- BS, preferably in business, accounting, or IT related field.
- Accounting or financial systems background required.
- Expertise with approval workflows, electronic payments, Fixed Assets, Deferred Revenue preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Net Suite accounting & distribution modules preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Consulting experience is strongly preferred.
- Net Suite certifications a plus.
- Customer service oriented, with a proactive approach to client support and relationship management.

In compliance with pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $105,000
. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
