We are seeking a National Leadership C3 Systems Technology (NLC3S) Analyst to join our team in the DC Metro Area. This role involves impactful work supporting the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)). The NLC3S Analyst will develop command and control development plans, analyze and coordinate R&D activities, and support the identification and selection of new efforts within a highly qualified team.

• Minimum of 5 years professional experience with Nuclear or Senior Leader C3
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree

• Former US service members with SSBN, TACAMO, ICBM, NC3 Command Center or related C3 experience
• Expertise in Command-and-Control systems and technologies, especially NC3 or Senior Leader C3
• Experience supporting technical and operational stakeholders, including senior government personnel
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering tools
• Experience managing complex architectures involving 'system of systems'
• Familiarity with JCIDS process
• Strong organizational skills
