SPA’s Enterprise Data Management and Analytics team focuses on enhancing SPA’s management of and insights into its data to deliver operational impact at all levels of the organization.

• Connecting Power BI to various data sources such as SQL databases, Excel spreadsheets, and cloud platforms to create efficient data models that include relationships, hierarchies, and calculated metrics.
• Manipulating data with Power Query to prepare high‑quality datasets and manage all aspects of data integration and transformation.
• Leveraging DAX to uncover trends and patterns and deliver actionable insights while presenting findings in a clear and engaging manner.
• Partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure Power BI solutions address key objectives.
• Managing user access to dashboards and data within the Power BI ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience working with business intelligence tools, with a strong emphasis on Power BI.
• Working knowledge of database query languages (e.g., SQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Query and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for data preparation, transformation, and advanced calculations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all mediums (verbal, visual and in writing).

• Prior knowledge of SPA’s organization and data needs.
• Power BI related certifications (e.g., Power BI Data Analyst Associate).
