The Requirements Analyst supports system modernization and sustainment by managing requirements lifecycle activities and ensuring traceability from user needs to delivered capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform requirements analysis and develop functional and technical requirements
- Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)
- Develop requirements management plans and business cases
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and process analysis (as‑is / to‑be)
- Support test planning and validation activities
- 5+ years of requirements analysis experience
- Experience with DoD IT systems and SDLC
- Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Active Secret clearance
- Position contingent on contract win.
