We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Now Developer. The ability to obtain a public trust clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive Service Now development experience including: modules, workflows, and integrations on the Service Now platform. This includes proficiency in core modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Now Assist, RAPTOR DB, Workflow Data Fabric, and CMDB. Service Now Low Code/No Code Experience, UX/UI Experience.
• JavaScript and Service Now scripting proficiency:
  Expertise in JavaScript (including Glide APIs) for client-side and server-side scripting to customize and extend the platform's capabilities.
• Experience with AI integrations:
  Proven experience implementing Service Now AI modules like Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics.
• Large Language Model (LLM) familiarity:
  Understanding of LLM concepts and ability to leverage them for tasks like natural language understanding and optimization of system instructions.
• Now Assist product utilization:
  Experience in building and maintaining solutions using Now Assist features and related technologies such as AI Search, Virtual Agent, Skills Builder, AI Agent Studio, and Workflow Builder to build chatbots and enhance business processes.
• Integration skills:
  Expertise in using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods to connect Service Now with external systems, including external AI services like OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, or Google Cloud AI.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills:
  Ability to work with cross-functional teams, understand requirements, and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills:
  Demonstrated ability to identify issues, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions.
