Security Specialist; TS​/SCI Clearance

Strategic Analysis, Inc. seeks a Security Specialist to support an Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) customer with all security related functions. This role requires a foundational understanding of program protection, classification architectures, Physical Security (PHYSEC), Personnel Security (PERSEC), SAP Program Security, Operations Security (OPSEC), Communications Security (COMSEC), and security principles governing classified activities.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of security architectures for classified programs.
• Assist in the application and monitoring of appropriate security requirements (physical, information, personnel, industrial) for programs/offices.
• Provide general security support for personnel, including CAC and building access applications, travel briefings, network access requests, visit authorizations.
• Assist with office space accreditations, access requests, maintenance of logs, etc.
• Provide guidance on classification and declassification as necessary.

Clearance:
An active TS/SCI is required.

Education:

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.

• Minimum five (5) years of recent and relevant experience; ten (10) years' is required for the senior level.
• Established record demonstrating an ability to work largely unsupervised, an ability to interact appropriately with all levels of the staff, and proven ability to follow-through on all tasks.

Work Location:

The majority of the work will be performed on-site at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. The on-site requirement is estimated to be 3-4 days per week.
