- Perform programming tasks to support and enhance web‑based financial and database‑driven applications.
- Collaborate with the lead developer to create and maintain database‑driven web applications.
- Write, test, and debug code using PHP, Python, shell scripting, Perl, and MySQL or Oracle.
- Work with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Databricks, and Linux‑based systems.
- Utilize development tools like VS Code and version control systems like Git Lab to ensure efficient workflows.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline processes and Docker containerization set‑ups.
- Multi‑task effectively while managing competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 1–3 years of relevant programming experience.
- Knowledge and experience with:
- Programming languages: PHP, Python, shell scripting, and Perl.
- Web application technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Databricks.
- Databases and SQL.
- Must hold (or be willing to obtain within 180 days of hire) one of the following certifications:
- Security+, CND, GCLD, GSEC, CSSLP, SSCP
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and Docker containerization.
- Experience with Git Lab and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with integrated development environments like VS Code.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and workflows.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
