Position: Requirements Analyst - Managed Service Provider Support

Role Summary

The Requirements Analyst supports system modernization and sustainment by managing requirements lifecycle activities and ensuring traceability from user needs to delivered capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform requirements analysis and develop functional and technical requirements
  • Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)
  • Develop requirements management plans and business cases
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and process analysis (as‑is / to‑be)
  • Support test planning and validation activities
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of requirements analysis experience
  • Experience with DoD IT systems and SDLC
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
