We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientists to join our team in supporting the WF360 program. As a key personnel for this project, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, testing, and supporting informatics and data science solutions.

Security Clearance: TOP SECRET REQUIRED.

Location: National Capital Region (NCR)

Education: Candidates must have a math, engineering, or computer science undergraduate degree from an accredited U.S. University (or equivalent). A master s degree would be desirable.

Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience performing data science and/or engineering of large-scale information systems
• Experience with Machine Learning (ML) fields, such as natural language processing, computer vision, statistical learning theory
• Experience in an ML engineer or data scientist role building ML models
• Proficiency in writing code in Python, R, Scala, Java, C++ with documentation for reproducibility
• Experience handling large datasets, performing data discovery, using data visualization tools, writing SQL, and working with GPUs to develop models
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write and speak about technical concepts to business, technical, and lay audiences

• Designing, developing, testing, and supporting informatics and data science solutions
• Applying analytical methodologies to diagnose data-related challenges, implement solutions, and evaluate performance
• Documenting and presenting requirements, design alternatives, and findings to team members and clients

• Meeting facilitation and coordination
• Performance tracking and monitoring
• Team coordination and collaboration
• Risk management and mitigation
• Developing strategic data modeling processes
• Determining cause-and-effect relationships
