Position: PeopleSoft Developer with Security Clearance
We are seeking a People Soft Developer with experience across a broad range of People Soft HCM, Financials, and Campus Solutions modules. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of the People Soft application stack and strong experience customizing and integrating multiple modules. This role supports large-scale enterprise solutions and requires a blend of technical leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to work with both functional and technical teams.

Candidates are required to reside within the National Capital Region.
Travel up to 10% You Will:
Design, develop, and maintain customizations and enhancements across a variety of People Soft modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Financials (AP, AR, GL), and Campus Solutions.
Develop and support complex components using People Tools, People Code, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interface, and Event Mapping.
Develop, configure, and enhance the People Soft HR Help Desk module based on business requirements.
Customize People Soft components, pages, records, and fields to improve system functionality.
Integrate People Soft HRHD with other HR and IT systems, such as HCM, Payroll, CRM, and external case management tools.
Create and modify PS/SQL queries, BI Publisher reports, SQR, and People Soft Query Manager reports for HR case analytics.
Maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and developer guides for HRHD configurations.
Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, data integrity problems, and system bugs across multiple modules.
Apply security best practices, manage user roles/permissions, and ensure compliance with data privacy standards (HIPAA, FISMA, etc.).
Support batch scheduling, job streams, and workflow automation using Application Engine, Process Scheduler, and People Soft Workflows.
You Have:
Must be a United States Citizen.
Must possess and maintain Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance.
Security+ Certification.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
7+ years of People Soft development experience across HCM, Financials, and/or Campus Solutions.
Expert-level experience with People Tools, People Code, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and Component Interface.
Deep knowledge of People Soft security, performance tuning, and change management.
Strong experience with SQL, SQR, PS/Query, BI Publisher, and web services.
Proven ability to lead development tasks, mentor team members, and collaborate with functional and infrastructure stakeholders.

Experience with People Soft Fluid UI and accessibility compliance.
Familiarity with People Soft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or AWS-hosted People Soft environments.
Ability to work independently and as a technical lead within a cross-functional team.
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
