The Operations & Sustainment Engineer ensures continuous system availability, stability, and performance in a 24x7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily system monitoring and operational checks
- Deploy patches, upgrades, and enhancements
- Manage backups, recovery, and maintenance releases
- Track incidents, metrics, and performance trends
- Coordinate with Help Desk and Systems Engineering teams
- 6+ years of IT operations or system administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft enterprise platforms
- Experience in high‑availability environments
- Active Secret clearance
- Position contingent on contract win.
