This position of Information Services Specialist I in the Information Technology Division at State Retirement Systems (SRS) provides user support for the Agency while focusing on customer service. The role offers technical support by answering customer questions and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining workstations and related utilities, and completing business functions s entry‑level position introduces candidates to the technology field and offers opportunities to learn and progress.
The ideal candidate prioritizes tasks, is organized, demonstrates excellent communication skills, and is self‑motivated. SRS is conveniently located on the west side of Springfield with free parking on site.
