National plaintiffs  firm Morgan & Morgan has made a significant investment in Washington D.C., Virginia, and Maryland, and is seeking a leader to join our team: an experienced trial lawyer to take our cases from beginning to end. Must work out of our new D.C. Navy Yard offices.

No business development requirement, no billable hours, no intake requirements - comp package with significant incentives. M&M s entrepreneurial system has led to:

• 200 seven figure results for clients in 2024; $8 billion recovered in the last two years.
• The biggest injury firm in America, with lawyers in all 50 states.

Our platform also provides the support and resources of a large firm: resources for trial (320 trials in 2024), paralegals, legal assistants, pre litigation attorney team, operations support, closing teams, call centers, and more.

Salary range $125k-$250k+ DOE
