Brown Law, PLLC is a boutique immigration law firm that specializes in high quality legal representation to immigrant clients before USCIS, the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Senior Associate Position. Brown Law seeks a highly experienced senior attorney to conduct consultations, determine case strategies, prepare briefs for litigation, attend hearings and fight trials in Immigration Court. The ideal candidate would be bilingual in English and Spanish and have over 10 years of experience working in an immigration law firm. This is a partnership track position for a highly competent, experienced immigration attorney.

We will consider attorneys barred in any U.S. jurisdiction. Our ideal candidate would be barred in Virginia or Maryland (or eligible to waive into either state).

• $130,000 to $150,000 depending on experience.

  Brown Law contributes to a pension plan. Employees are guaranteed 5% returns and receive monthly pension benefits for life starting at retirement.
• up to $500 annual reimbursement towards CLEs and bar expenses.
