Senior Associate PositionSenior Associate Position. Brown Law seeks a highly experienced senior attorney to conduct consultations, determine case strategies, prepare briefs for litigation, attend hearings and fight trials in Immigration Court. The ideal candidate would be bilingual in English and Spanish and have over 10 years of experience working in an immigration law firm. This is a partnership track position for a highly competent, experienced immigration attorney.
LicensingRequirements
We will consider attorneys barred in any U.S. jurisdiction. Our ideal candidate would be barred in Virginia or Maryland (or eligible to waive into either state).
Compensation and Benefits- $130,000 to $150,000 depending on experience.

Brown Law issues profit sharing to employees once per year with amount based on profitability of the firm. - Pension Plan after 1 year:
Brown Law contributes to a pension plan. Employees are guaranteed 5% returns and receive monthly pension benefits for life starting at retirement. - up to $500 annual reimbursement towards CLEs and bar expenses.
