Assistant Property Manager (47413) – Two Coast Living, Washington, DC. Salary: $65,000.00–$75,000.00.
OverviewAs an hourly Assistant Property Manager, you will provide support in leasing oversight, maintenance oversight, administrative functions, and operational reporting for a multifamily property. Your experience with multi‑family property management software such as AMSI and Entrata will help drive revenue, ensure competitive rental rates, accurate record‑keeping, timely rent collection, and detailed reporting.
The How…With two plus years sample of multifamily property management experience, you will partner with a property manager or area manager to manage a sizable multifamily property and deliver exceptional service to residents, employees and vendors.
The Details…- You will work full‑time—typically during the busiest days, including Fridays, Saturdays, at least one Sunday per month, holidays, peak business hours, and at least one closing shift weekly. High‑traffic holiday periods will follow company standards and require supervisor approval of schedules.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance; auto‑enrollment in the company 401(k) plan after 60 days; 40 vacation hours earned in the first year; paid sick leave (in states with no mandate 40 hours per year); and paid holidays for six designated days each year for eligible employees who have completed 90 days of employment and worked the last scheduled day before and the first day after the holiday.

- Minimum two years of residential property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales, plus at least one year supervising two or more employees.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with general business and accounting concepts, ability to read financial statements; high‑school graduate‑level math proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license for company‑owned or personal vehicle use.
- Work hours may require on‑jad bero at times during busy periods.
- Occasional travel in company or personal vehicle.
- General office environment, lifts up to 10 lbs, walking, standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, variable weather/climate.
- FLSA status: non‑exempt.
