ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period you will gain hands‑on experience overseeing multiple ALDI stores and work closely with store managers to ensure customer service excellence and strong team performance.
Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and scheduled increases to $110,000, $120,000 and $130,000 in subsequent years. Domestic travel is required daily and a company car is provided.
