The Hilton McLean Tysons Corner located in the heart of Northern Virginia technology corridor features 458 guestrooms and 28,000 square feet of meeting space featuring Harth and Harth Lounge and Bar. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Alexandria Old Town is steps from bustling King Street with easy access to Downtown Washington, DC. This hotel features 288 guestrooms with 13,052 square feet of meeting space.

Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of marketing experience with strong digital expertise in e-commerce and social media. They should be proficient in Google Analytics, Meta platforms, and CRM systems, with a solid understanding of performance tracking, reporting, and KPI optimization. This individual must excel at cross-department collaboration, managing and maintaining the marketing calendar, and executing hotel activations.

Additionally, graphic design skills are essential, including the ability to create marketing assets using Canva.

Shift Pattern: Office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing?

In addition to our ideal candidate section, As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance the hotel’s brand presence, while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and financial profitability. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration across departments.

  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram) and create engaging content aligned with brand standards.
  • Design and produce marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Suite.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure campaign success.
  • Write compelling copy for ads, emails, and social posts to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta tools, and CRM platforms; report on KPIs and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Revenue Management to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
  • Generate monthly marketing reports and deliver insights to leadership for decision-making.
  • Ensure brand consistency and maintain a strong visual identity across all channels.
  • Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Apply data-driven insights to improve targeting, messaging, and overall campaign performance
