Compensation: $70,000 to $85,000 per year

Job SummaryAs a Channel Marketing Strategist, you will support a specific audience segment, driving member acquisition, retention, and engagement through an omni-channel marketing mix. You will own storytelling, reporting, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to convert audiences into loyal members.
Responsibilities- Deploy tactical execution of integrated marketing plans across digital, email, direct mail, and traditional channels.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and performance across campaigns, mapping back to each channel.
- Analyze data (GA, Salesforce, Marketo) to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Execute member acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies for the segment, while identifying cross‑sell or upsell opportunities.
- Write and create marketing collateral—emails, banner ads, direct mailers, call scripts—to drive audience action.
- Drive programs incorporating SEO/SEM, paid media, digital marketing, partnerships, and owned channels.
- At least 3 years of progressively complex marketing experience, including email copywriting, campaign messaging, and conversion.
- Deep understanding of content marketing tailored for audience segments, applying consumer insights to improve campaigns.
- Proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- Strong problem‑solving skills; customer lifecycle marketing experience (demand generation, product sales, content conversion).
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, and using office equipment. Ability to lift 25 pounds or less.
