Event Promotions Assistant Entry Level

We are hiring an Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant to support live events, brand promotions, and community outreach campaigns

As an Event Promotions Assistant , you will assist with on-site event execution , interact with attendees, and support brand promotion initiatives
. You’ll represent client brands, engage with the public, and help deliver high-energy, professional event experiences in a team-oriented environment.

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and promotional displays

• Support event promotions, brand activations, and marketing campaigns

• Engage with event attendees and communicate promotional messaging

• Provide friendly, professional customer service

• Represent partner brands in a positive and energetic manner

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with the public

• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

• Interest in event promotions, marketing, or community outreach

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
