PM-DEA Substance Misuse Prevention Tng & Outreach (VA, Alexandria) — Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) is seeking a Program Manager for the Drug Enforcement Administration's Substance Misuse Prevention Training and Outreach Program. The DEA National Community Outreach and Prevention Engagement (NCOE) initiative expands on the DEA 360 Strategy and Operation Engage to provide substance misuse prevention strategies across up to 23 DEA field divisions nationwide, identifying key communities and developing strategic, evidence-based prevention plans.

- Serve as Program Manager for the NCOE initiative and coordinate with DEA field offices and community partners to implement prevention engagement plans.
- Identify the most prevalent drug threats within designated communities and develop targeted outreach strategies using evidence-based and science-informed prevention approaches.
- Engage with local stakeholders to increase public-private partnerships, community awareness, and readiness for prevention efforts.
- Support local coalitions and prevention providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to drug use and misuse prevention and education.
- Bridge gaps between law enforcement and public health to align DEA leadership with community needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Master's Degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience managing complex training programs.
- 5 years of training development, facilitation, and/or community partnerships and outreach experience.
- Law enforcement leadership experience preferred.
- Suitability for personnel security clearance.
