Position Summary The General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer (GC/CCO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all legal, compliance, and risk management matters for Good
360. The GC/CCO will provide strategic legal counsel to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership while ensuring Good
360 operates in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role will safeguard the organization’s reputation, manage legal risks, and drive ethical business practices to support Good
360’s continued growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities including, but are not limited to the following

Legal Leadership & Strategy

• Provide expert legal counsel on corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, employment law, tax‑exempt status, and nonprofit regulations.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including corporate partnerships, donation agreements, vendor contracts, and licensing agreements.

• Advise the CEO and Board of Directors on governance best practices, fiduciary responsibilities, and corporate legal matters.

• Oversee litigation, dispute resolution, and risk management strategies in collaboration with outside counsel.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Develop and implement a robust compliance program to ensure adherence to nonprofit and corporate laws, including IRS regulations, data privacy laws, and corporate social responsibility guidelines.

• Ensure Good
360 complies with international laws and regulations related to product distribution, humanitarian aid, and disaster relief efforts.

• Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments that may impact the organization, providing proactive guidance on risk mitigation strategies.

• Lead internal investigations related to legal, compliance, or ethical concerns.

Corporate Social Responsibility & Ethics

• Ensure ethical business practices align with Good
360’s mission and values.
