• Handle all aspects of the infusion referral process; obtaining authorizations, financial counseling, benefit investigation.
• Liaise with referring providers to obtain required documentation and communicate the status of their patients.
• Communicate referral status to patients in a customer‑centric way.
• Assist in maintaining medical inventory and office supplies.
• Participate in a dedicated 6‑week training plan to succeed in your role.

• Prior experience in infusion (preferred).
• Insurance pre‑authorization experience.
• Strong familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to quickly grasp new applications.
• Passion for patient care and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Health care experience required.
• Medical terminology and insurance experience.

• Salary starting at $25/hr.
