We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate RN or LPN to join our In‑Home team. In this nursing role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing high‑quality care and support in the comfort of their own home.

• Complete admission assessments and reassessments for In‑Home caregiver population.
• Provide nurse visits for adult and senior population:
  Taking vitals, medication management, monthly diabetic nails, and labs.
• May provide supervisory visits for caregiver services.
• Provide instruction/education on medication.
• Good time management, detail oriented and self‑starter.

• Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of MO.
• Home Care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and self‑management skills.
• Strong and compassionate customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
