Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health Part Time

Join Inova Health as a part‐time Registered Nurse in our Behavioral Health team at Inova Mt. Vernon Hospital.

Part‑time day shift (7:00 am – 7:00 pm) with a rotating weekend. Responsibilities include communicating with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team; providing nursing care in a 50‑bed behavioral unit; collaborating to improve patient outcomes; and participating in ongoing learning and training.

• A minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience.
• Education:
  
  BSN or ADN (must complete BSN within 5 years).
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• RN license, eligible to practice in Virginia.
• Proficient in English; strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

• Inpatient psychiatric experience.

• Medical, dental, and vision coverage; robust wellness program.
