Registered Nurse (RN) Fellow CV Neuro ICU Nights

Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking a full‑time RN Fellow for the CV Neuro ICU (Cardiac Vascular Neuro ICU). This position is a night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am) and part of the February 2026 Critical Care Fellowship program.

The RN Fellow position is for an experienced RN looking to change specialties – we provide a training/fellowship program. The Cardiac Vascular Neuro ICU is a 16‑bed unit focusing on vascular and neuro patient population.

• Experience:
  
  1 year of RN experience.
• Education:
  
  BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associate’s Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification required (AHA).
• Licensure: RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN.

• 2 years RN experience – inpatient acute care IMC, PCCU, Neuro.
