Licensed Practical Nurse Outpatient – Cardiology

Inova Cardiology is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) as an Outpatient. This full‑time position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Job location: 1600 N Beauregard St #150, Alexandria, VA 22311

Schedule: M-F: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Provides direct patient care utilizing the nursing process under RN supervision.
• Maintains and reviews patient medical records, notes, and physician orders; documents all care activities.
• Participates in unit teams, work groups, and committees.
• Participates in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Certification – Basic Life Support upon start.
• Licensure – Licensed Practical Nurse or eligible for licensing in Virginia.
• Experience – None required.
• Education – Vocational/Technical Nursing degree or equivalent.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN in an ambulatory clinical setting.
