Overview
Inova Franconia‑Springfield Healthplex Emergency Room is seeking an experienced RN to join our team. Eligible Nurses will qualify for sign‑on and relocation bonuses.
ScheduleFull‑Time, Night shift (7 pm‑7 am). During orientation will rotate through all shifts (Days, Mids, and Nights).
* This position is ideal for Experienced Nurses looking to change specialties. Required to go through & complete a 12‑16 week Emergency Fellowship upon start.

Free‑Standing Emergency Unit Services- 24‑hour lab testing and radiology including X‑ray, CT scan and ultrasound
- 4‑5:1 patient to nurse ratio

- Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.
- Conduct all patient care in a patient and family‑centered manner.

- Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.
- Experience: Requires a minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting.
- Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
- License: Must be RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.
- Certification: BLS from American Heart Association.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others.
- Proficient computer skills required.
- Strongly prefer 2 years plus of Acute care or Critical care RN experience.
- CEN/ACLS certification desired.
