Virginia Commonwealth University Health is seeking an RN Care Coordinator to support coverage of full-time staff PTO and weekend shifts. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality-driven progress from acute care to post-discharge, while maintaining efficiency and patient safety.
Minimum 3 years of acute care nursing is required; licensure in Virginia or eligibility is required, with CEUs annually. A BSN is required and a Master's degree is preferred.
