Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Become a Showing Assistant with the Chris Colgan Team – Northern Virginia. We’re seeking a motivated self-starter who thrives on being active in the field, enjoys driving, and loves connecting with clients daily.

At eXp Realty, the Chris Colgan Team is expanding rapidly, backed by Zillow Flex and drawing over 10 million social media views each month. We’re looking for a Showing Assistant ready to work hard, learn fast, and excel in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

• Conduct home showings for pre-qualified buyers (appointments provided)
• Learn directly from top producers who close 50+ deals annually
• Handle daily client communications with professionalism and promptness
• Engage in daily team meetings, use proven scripts, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Complete field tasks while sharpening your skills, efficiency, and confidence
• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

• Licensed or actively pursuing a real estate license
• Passionate about real estate, personal development, and acquiring new skills
• Energetic, client-focused, and able to perform well under pressure
• Coachable, dependable, and fully committed to a full-time real estate career
