Research Assistant

• Conduct literature reviews and assist with field research, including developing protocols, organizing meetings, and note‑taking
• Contribute to reports, proposals, and presentations based on research findings
• Manipulate data and assist in conducting data analysis using MS Excel and/or statistical packages (e.g., Stata, R)
• Assist with the design and implementation of surveys and focus groups
• Contribute to the company website, marketing, and proposal development

• BA/BS in a social science or related field with an exemplary academic record
• Demonstrated excellence in writing and verbal communication
• Effective project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline‑focused, team‑oriented environment
• Commitment to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate respectfully with others

• Fluency in Spanish, written and verbal
• Familiarity with research support in an academic field (e.g., experience with a professor or senior researcher)
• Working knowledge of statistical or qualitative software packages (e.g., Stata, R, SAS, NVivo, Dedoose)
