As a Host/Hostess, you will be the face of our establishment, greeting guests with genuine hospitality and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from the moment they walk through our doors. • Creating a memorable first impression by warmly welcoming guests with a radiant smile and genuine enthusiasm.
• Managing the flow of the restaurant, coordinating seating arrangements to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
• Engaging guests with excellent communication, providing information about our menu and specials.
• Multitasking to handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and reservation bookings efficiently and with poise.
• Collaborating with the waitstaff to ensure timely seating and smooth transitions between guests, optimizing restaurant efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Embracing the role of ambassador of hospitality, ensuring that each guest feels valued and receives personalized attention during their visit.

• Experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, high chairs, booster seats).
• Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
• Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones.
• Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
• Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
