Responsibilities include:
- Supporting sales in customer acquisition
- Analyzing the customer situation, identifying and describing standardized customer solutions, and creating solution/calculation bases
- Creating calculations and presentations with customer-specific solutions
- Managing the various departments during the pre-sales phase, with support if necessary
- Supporting and participating in customer acquisition and retention measures
- Maintaining and developing the internal network

Your talents:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience in customer acquisition
- Proficiency in English and German (C2 level)
- Proven experience in sales support, pre-sales, or customer acquisition
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
