Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting sales in customer acquisition
  • Analyzing the customer situation, identifying and describing standardized customer solutions, and creating solution/calculation bases
  • Creating calculations and presentations with customer-specific solutions
  • Managing the various departments during the pre-sales phase, with support if necessary
  • Supporting and participating in customer acquisition and retention measures
  • Maintaining and developing the internal network

Your talents:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience in customer acquisition
  • Proficiency in English and German (C2 level)
  • Proven experience in sales support, pre-sales, or customer acquisition
  • Strong ability to analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
