• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories.
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for loyalty.
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM.
• Follow‑up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develop new business through personal marketing efforts such as direct mail, networking affiliates, and telemarketing.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.

• One year or more of sales experience in any industry; excellent training is provided.
• Energetic, outgoing people person motivated to succeed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass pre‑employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license.
