Overview
The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Syneos Health reports to a regional sales manager and is an integral part of a nationwide team championing a new CNS treatment while expanding utilization of an existing on‑market therapy. The role requires bold, empathetic and resourceful individuals with a competitive drive, strategic mindset, and exceptional ability to communicate the science behind the company’s products.
Responsibilities- Serve as a catalyst in reducing stigma in mental health.
- Identify and maximize new business opportunities using an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Access, educate, and partner with clinicians and key stakeholders.
- Engage in meaningful dialogue, keeping patients top‑of‑mind and identifying appropriate treatment opportunities.
- Operate and demonstrate a high level of integrity within compliance guidelines.
- 2+ years of Life Sciences sales experience, or strong, documented sales results outside Life Sciences in the last two years.
- Entrepreneurial, growth‑focused mindset that takes compliant initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and overcome changing circumstances.
- Insatiable curiosity leading to continuous learning.
- Strong ability to develop genuine, productive relationships.
- Experience launching products.
- Track record of sales success in portfolio selling.
- Must live within the territory or within territory boundaries.
The annual base salary ranges from $83,000 to $94,500, with potential for a company car or allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonuses based on performance.
