Develop a strong understanding of the employer’s extensive product catalog and value-added programs - Cold call and prospect to create new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships
- Prepare bids and negotiate contracts effectively
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience
- Proven ability to sell effectively at multiple levels within a customer organization
- Demonstrated success in identifying, connecting with, and closing new business
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Background in commissioned, tangible product sales
- Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment
- Experience presenting multiple product lines to diverse audiences
- Stable work history reflecting a commitment to previous roles
