You will guide prospects from inquiry to residency, using floor plans and approved materials to communicate offerings and benefits.
The role focuses on meeting sales goals, retaining depositors, and building a strong waiting list, through move-in and occupancy stabilization. Prior pre-opening sales is preferred.
