Goodwin Living seeks a results-driven Sales Counselor to support the launch of Goodwin House Chantilly, a new entrance-fee Life Plan Community in Loudoun County. You will guide prospects from inquiry to reservation and residency, communicating value and options.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will present floor plans, manage ongoing sales, and help build a strong waiting list through pre-opening and post-opening occupancy. Base pay is $83k+ with commission.
